Great location but room not...

Liked: Great location, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room was not as described on Booking.comOur room did not include the following facilities - kitchen, pants press, refrigerator, microwave, mini bar, dishwasher, hand sanitizer. We spoke to hotel directly and they said we had to contact you as the description of the advertised room was down to you. As you can see the room is substantially different and had we known this, we would have chosen a different hotel. I have medication the has to be kept cold.

Nice but wasn’t worth the...

Liked: Location and bar/breakfast options. Big bathroom and modern room. Pool was also nice.
Disliked: Parking and the tv was an older model which was surprisingly odd for such a nice hotel

Shame we booked 3 nights...

Disliked: Staff at the front desk. Pool for guests on the 3rs floor really bad dirty no sun after 3pm no pool service. This hotel cares more about the nightclub guests than their own. Would NEVER recommend. On the. I teary will tell all friends to avoid in future
