Great stay

Liked: Staff are very efficient.Whole place is exceptionally clean.Breakfast was excellent Shower is probably the best I've had travelling the UK.

excellent hotel and excellent food,...

Liked: Rooms were nice, building was nice food was amazing, but you pay a premium for the very good food, so it should be amazing.All in all I was very happy with my stay, but I would expect to be very happy, as this is a premium priced hotel.
Disliked: it's very expensive, had this not been a work event I may have stayed somewhere elseFire alarm went off at midnight and the onsite staff were unsure how to reset the alarm, there was also no guidance from the staff on site and I needed to inform them people had mustered outside and were unsure if they could return. This is not a criticism of the employee but the hotel should ensure their staff are trained for such situations and have an action list they can work through, prompt cards.... e.g. have all patrons been instructed to return to their rooms and not still stood in the snow...
