Friendly staff; great sized room and great breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

Disliked: Our TV or Wi-Fi didn’t work due to no signal in our room.

Disliked: Couldnt Shower in morning.water went hot to freezing constantly.gave up after 20mins trying.

Fine for a one night...

Liked: Location perfect.Member of staff on duty at reception when we arrived (5.30 Tuesday 12 Nov) was excellent. Sorry I did not get his name. He is extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful - it's a 10 from me.
Disliked: Smokers standing outside hotel off putting.Room quite dingy and tired.Radiators in room cold - not good in November however a radiator was brought to room once this was brought to the attention of staff.

Bleak

Disliked: 4 suitcases, a pram and 2 toddlers and to get to our room. We had to go down stairs, through a restaurant then through 2 doors to a Tiny lift which we had to do two runs of, out to go through 3 more sets of doors, up stairs, 2 more doors and then finally to our room, which was dirty, mouldy bathtub and horrible wifi
