Liked: Only here for one night prior to a flight from East Midlands airport.We received a very friendly welcome and were shown straight to our room which was spacious and very clean and comfortable. There was complimentary water, tea coffee etc plus biscuits.Bathroom was also spacious and again very clean with a great shower and lovely toiletries provided.Our greeter said she would book a table for dinner for us when we enquired and the meal was lovely. A good choice of options and the deep fried lasagna was a revelation!The bed was a little firm for us but that's just personal preference.Breakfast next day was great, good portions and swift service.The airport was an easy 15 minute drive away making this the ideal pre flight hotel. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Great stay

Liked: Very good room and bathroom view from window. Dinner was good and well priced. Breakfast was a feast. Only minor criticism is tables are sticky (like a lot of others) after all the disinfectant sprayed over Covid. Would certainly return.
