Very good

Liked: I liked that it included a pool and the staff kindly upgraded us

Liked: View, convienance, food, hotel staff.
Disliked: The staff at the casino doesn't seem like they are happy. Eftpos was down at casino bar. All male toilets shut for cleaning at same time except for poker area. The casino staff need a major reset.

Luxurious ,relaxing stay in the...

Liked: We got an upgrade and had a suite with own bathrooms each, big balcony and harbour views. Good tea and coffee. Big fridge. Absolute quiet and great blinds made the sleep very relaxing.
Disliked: check in took too long.

Luxurious & Elegant

Liked: We were met by David a concierge working for the Star who went above and beyond. Our room was very quiet, bed was extremely comfortable, totally relaxing and the bathroom was modern with soft ambient lighting. Room 1101 on the 11th floor also had a beautiful view over darling harbour.
