Poor
Liked: I was called day of booking and told the room I booked wasn’t available due to a “maintenance issue”. I was offered an “upgraded” room that was inadequate and missing inclusions promised in the original booking. The hotel’s response has been beyond disappointing.

Disliked: My stay was not long enough.

The reception staff was lovely...
Liked: The room was very clean and spacious
Disliked: We couldn’t find the room service menu. We eventually saw it before we checked out. It was located in the kitchen area on the wall with a QR code you had to scan.
