Liked: Everything was wonderful
Disliked: car park nearer to rooms, for winter stay

Lovely hotel, impeccable staff service.

Liked: Lovely area, the food and the staff were amazing. Nice clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: The glasses and cutlery were dated so very worn/stained. Which was off putting when eating/drinking.

Please improve the WiFi

Liked: Everything was fantastic the food was exceptional
Disliked: The WiFi does not work outside of the room. The phone signal there is poor and it did make my trip difficult as I was working

Excellent

Liked: Set in lovely grounds with a mix of modern and older features. Rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms. Restaurant is beautiful and food is brilliant. Staff are are very friendly and you can feel the team.
Disliked: Only issue on our second stay was the signal as our television would not work but the weather was wet and windy and it was no issue moving us which was into the house which is full of period character. We loved it.

Liked: the room was good except for the chair very uncomfortable breakfast was good as well and dinner was good
Disliked: being charged for drinks which we didnt have but was all sorted out

Liked: Excellent breakfast, tea and office could of been better.The room was good and clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows were good
Disliked: The tea and coffee with the breakfast would of been better if it was hotter and not served in flasks

Liked: The hotel was very clean, Cosy and comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly.Room was lovely.Breakfast was fantastic, it was nice to be able to order a cooked breakfast from a menu.
Disliked: The only issue I had was the mirrors on the bedroom & bathroom were too high for me.
