Delightful, will stay again.

Liked: The staff were amazing from start to end. I even had a mishap of being overcharged for some breakfast I added but when I saw it and called the hotel it was refunded and dealt with so quickly. The bar area is amazing. We were also here for my Nana’s funeral in one of their hospitality rooms and they did her proud.
Disliked: The room itself whilst lovely was a little dated. But the nice man on reception Albert, did say that the rooms are the next part of the refurb to be done.

Would stay again

Liked: Quiet, comfortable bed. Excellent service in dining room for dinner on Sunday evening 23rdMarch. 3Australian waiters who were courteous, efficient and fun. Excellent food.
Disliked: We had been given a ripped towel by housekeeping staff.

Room expensive.Wouldn’t rush back but...

Liked: Convenient location and comfortable bed. Quieter than expected, considering proximity to Airport.
Disliked: Irritating person on Reception. Strange attitude and behaviour. Albert was his name. He was apparently the night porter but we arrived in the afternoon! Dust around bed and in corners of room. Dinner nice and bar / waiting staff friendly.
