Beautiful with a poor extra...

Liked: Beautiful and exceptional quality
Disliked: Incessant upselling via emails before the stay. Plus I felt anxious about being told there is a hidden extra ‘optional fee’ for some of the staff? I don’t like this trend for many reasons. At the end of the stay I felt it was very hard to say no and I won’t stay again because of this. Surely remuneration should be adequate basic pay not optional.

Too damn expensive for what...

Disliked: It was a birthday treat and I found it to be amazingly expensive for what it was. I paid for our breakfasts in advance and was asked to put an extra 100 pounds into the already huge amount I was paying incase we used anything in the room ( I suppose mini-bar). Then when it came to settle up they tried to take all of the £100 for the breakfast even though I had already paid for it. I then had to argue it out so they would pay me back - we didn't take anything from the mini bar. We also had to call down as there was no toilet paper.

Liked: Loved the hot tub on terrace wow what can I say also the view was superb
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush very well that was the only down side
