Liked: Absolutely loved the location and the style of the building. Great welcome from Pablo on the front desk, but all the staff were lovely. Fantastic city views from our corner ‘queen of queens’ room.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: A lovely and fun hotel in the heart of Kings Cross. I was there at a very busy time and staff was very accomodating. The views from roof top restaurant are not to be missed.
Disliked: Very busy. Must make reservations for restaurants. The gym is in the basement is really datk. Lighting in the rooms could be better but the lively decor makes up for it.

Liked: Beautiful design, spaces are amazing. Lighting and layout superb. Service was exceptional with no stuffiness and genuinely great guest interactions. The answer was always ‘yes’

Comfortable stay, room was just...

Liked: We liked the hotel and service. Very friendly helpful service with cheery staff.
Disliked: The room was ok, but the lighting was terrible. Also, there were no sockets on 1 side of the bed. That was disappointing. The lights were too dim, no option to brighten them up more, for a room without a window, it was very disappointing! It was very difficult to put makeup on, as only bright light was in front of the sink, so we could not sit on the bed or sofa to get ready.

Liked: We had the superior king room with bath and loved it, very spacious, great design, huge windows, very quiet. Overall nice vibe in the hotel, but not too noisy. Friendly staff, great location.
