Ideal location, but noisy small...

Liked: Location is ideal near the best downtown has to offer. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Offer a car service to airports which is pretty cheap these days.
Disliked: Hotel rooms are smaller than you would think. Very difficult for two people to move around in the king size room. The heating/ac unit is very loud, and the fridge makes a lot of noise, which is not great when you are trying to sleep. Avoid rooms opposite elevator bank. The fridge is in a cabinet, taking up half of the storage space, and makes the room feel even smaller. We just need a place to hang our our clothes store our suitcases. There is a lot on offer from the mini bar, but no coffee machine or kettle. They have a strict late check out policy, $50 per half hour. There is no guest lounge area, except for a 4 by 4 area in 2nd floor. There is a nice cafe next to the lobby though. Elevator wait times can be long. There seems to be a 3rd staff elevator right next but staff were constantly in the guests lifts.
