Liked: The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and sweet, the location was excellent. We really enjoyed this hotel.
Disliked: The room was a bit cool at night, even with extra blankets that we requested. If we go back I would bring one of our blankets and I think that would have made it perfect.

Liked: This place ROCKS! Excellent staff (Titania, Eric, and everyone at the front-desk!!!). Fantastic location. Delicious food and drinks. And the views of Manhattan are to die for. We come 2-4 times a year, this hotel never disappoints, and we will be back!!
