Liked: Had to leave early. Breakfast had not started.
Disliked: We drove 5 hours on mountain roads. Had requested a 1 o’clock check in when I booked it. Got there at 1. Room was not ready. Came back in at 2:40 and were told we had to wait til 3. Sat in car for 20 minutes and waited. Don’t understand why 1 room could not be ready. I also requested a balcony and river view. Paid extra for that deluxe room. Had a balcony with no chairs to sit in to enjoy the river. What?..
