Choose any other hotel, seriously…

Liked: We expected a quality hotel with adequate service and got nothing…terrible hotel overall…
Disliked: To clean the room we asked several times, one day it was cleaned after asking, the next day it was not even when asked…we were 2 adults and 2 kids, the room had everything just for 2 as if kids are pets - no towels and another things for them… the booking indicated two complimentary breakfasts that were never offered…

Nice luxury hotel and nice...

Liked: The room and bathroom are spacious. Additional toilet at living area. Clean and the house keeping staff fast service. Nice indoor pool and restaurants. Bed and pillow even blanket are very comfortable. Even the rollaway bed also comfortable.
Disliked: The living room is too dark, lacking of light. Pantry area no light. the light control panel does not function well. Sometimes the whole room's lights flicker. Draper control also does not work smoothly. The main door lock can't be used..after feedback still not able to solve the lights and door lock issue.

A great getaway to relax...

Liked: The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Eaton center (we used the underground path when it started to rain) and close to many great restaurants.
