very memorable weekend seeing a...

Liked: beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.
Disliked: can't think of anything except tumbledown came into our room at 8pm on the first night when we were already in bed asleep from a long trip - we forgot to put on privacy please.

Liked: We expected a quality hotel with adequate service and got nothing…terrible hotel overall…
Disliked: To clean the room we asked several times, one day it was cleaned after asking, the next day it was not even when asked…we were 2 adults and 2 kids, the room had everything just for 2 as if kids are pets - no towels and another things for them… the booking indicated two complimentary breakfasts that were never offered…
