Great location, superb staff

Liked: The staff truly make this small boutique hotel. We considered larger chain properties, but the level of service, attention to detail, and friendly personable team members is what sets the St Regis apart. Prices were high for the area during our dates due to a concert. We were hesitant to pay higher rates and considered staying further from downtown. We are really glad we didn’t. The location made everything accessible by foot, which easily made up for the slightly higher price. 10/10 would stay again

Liked: We had a pleasant stay here for 6 nights. Good location centrally in downtown Vancouver. Simple but functional and comfortable room, large bathroom. Housekeeping was very thorough, cleanliness and amenities were great. Helpful staff.
Disliked: There was a decent amount of noise from the street outside in our first-floor room, particularly on the weekends. Walls between neighboring rooms are not particularly thick.
