Awesome over the top customer...

Liked: Loved the views! Restaurants were amazing!
Disliked: The toilets are the cheap high pressure cruise toilets but it is understandable to save money. I was expecting more due to the price of the room.

I will never book at...

Disliked: My husband and I travel a lot. We always stay at high end hotels. We have stayed at all of them in Chicago. So when we heard the St.Regis was now open we had to check them out. As a surprise birthday weekend for my husband, I booked a weekend stay at the St. Regis only to be totally disappointed!! When we arrived we did not feel welcomed. The valet service was horrible and remained horrible. Always a long wait for the car. I even heard one of the valet mumble under his breath “sh*t” because myself along with another person staying at the hotel asked for our cars around the same time. Upon arrival my husband even took out and carried our own bags. There was no accommodating or welcoming experience that we had at other hotels. Butler, what butler? We are use to our Butler coming introducing themselves and asking if we need anything. We never saw the butler. We stayed at the St. Regis in Thailand. We still talk about how awesome they were. The Regis in Atlanta, wonderful. All of those places felt warm, inviting, almost home away from home. The Regis in Chicago, horrible. We felt unwelcomed.
