Room full of mold. Dirty...

Liked: Location and WiFi
Disliked: I had read the reviews and thought ‘it can’t be that bad’. Trust me: it is that bad! Avoid at all costs. There was actual black mold on the curtains. The smell was horrendous. There were rusty screws in the shower cabin. There were holes in the carpet. But the worst is that they gave my child a cot with large brown stains on it!I did not need much, but this was really really unhygienic. I was not expecting much - I just hoped for a basic room. But the staff’s reaction to my (legitimate) complaints was dreadful.

Liked: The hotel was fine in itself and I had a room with a great view…. But I also had a room that was boiling hot. The radiator was on the whole time. I tried to turn it off but it wasn’t possible as the dial only went down as far as 2 and believe me I know how to turn a radiator down and I gave it my all but it wouldn’t budge any further. Consequently I had to have the windows open all night and it was quite noisy. Perhaps if they turned the heating off they would have the money to do the place up a little, have someone on reception 24 hours and have a few more facilities available.
