The hotel was under construction during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. I would like to return when it is done to see what they did with it. The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants and Michigan Avenue is right there! It was very easy to get a cab to were we needed to and the door men were very helpful in flagging them down for us. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Traveling in a cross country...

Liked: Centrally located. Boutique.
Disliked: Parking was confusing. They have cones blocking a space, but you can’t actually park there. And when you give the guys your keys to park the car, there is nothing on the ticket affiliated with the hotel. But, I did get my car back, and it was all ok.

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around, even with limited luggage. The beds were very firm, and the pillows were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also cramped, with a sink that seemed more suited for a dollhouse than a hotel room.The noise from the city was unbearable, with constant fire truck sirens, car horns, and ambulance noises making it feel like the traffic was right inside our room. This, combined with the slow elevators, made our stay far from restful.On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the Magnificent Mile, which was great for exploring the city. However, considering the discomfort and noise issues, I believe there are better options available in the area
