The hotel was under construction during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. I would like to return when it is done to see what they did with it. The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants and Michigan Avenue is right there! It was very easy to get a cab to were we needed to and the door men were very helpful in flagging them down for us. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Disliked: Old, small, & the elevators took years to come around. Had to take the stairs a lot because of it.

Worst place I have ever...

Liked: Pictures not a true reflection. The whole place stank of cannabis (weed). Very grumpy staff. Member checking us in was on a personal call on his earphones the entire time.

Hotel Experience at Magnificent Mile

Liked: The value for this hotel was exceptional. Location was exceptional and the staff was helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

The place is small but...

Liked: It is close to everything. The gym is nice. The room ese small but cozy.
Disliked: The elevators take a really long time when is check out time and the air conditioner is not so good

Liked: We loved the location, coffee bar and restaurant in the lobby.
Disliked: Very thin walls. You can hear everything in the room next door and hallways. Dingy and had a funny smell in the room. Elevator was slow and super small.

Liked: The hotel was comfortable and nice - not huge, but didn't need to be. The room itself was great. Elevators were small and a bit busy, but I got a tip from housekeeping to press up (I was on the 11th floor) and ride to the top, then I would be sure to get a spot going down.
Disliked: The view... wasn't. But hey, I wasn't paying for a view anyway.
