The hotel was under construction during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. I would like to return when it is done to see what they did with it. The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants and Michigan Avenue is right there! It was very easy to get a cab to were we needed to and the door men were very helpful in flagging them down for us. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Disliked: Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you ask for it, lady at the reception was quite rude , heating doesn’t work properly. Quite noisy as windows doesn’t close properly and walls are thin - bring ear plugs in case you stay here

Disliked: Elevators are a nightmare. Takes forever to get to and from your room. Front desk staff ranged from very nice and helpful to downright rude depending on the shift. Toilet was spraying water from the handle with every flush.

Liked: Nice room with enough space for luggage, desk, dresser. Great location! It was helpful that had a breakfast nook with good food to go.
Disliked: The valet parking was slow, but we went for new years eve so everything was a chaos on the city.

Disliked: Had booked a huge two double beds room, received a small room with one double bed which was called upgrade because it had a fridge. Still waiting for the difference in price since I received a smaller room with only one bed.
