The hotel was under construction during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. I would like to return when it is done to see what they did with it. The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants and Michigan Avenue is right there! It was very easy to get a cab to were we needed to and the door men were very helpful in flagging them down for us. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Liked: loved the location and the onsite coffee bar in the lobby.
Disliked: When we arrived the front doors were difficult to maneuver our luggage through the first door and then the atrium, then into the lobby. The elevators were very very small and hard to get luggage and people in. Room was a lot smaller than expected.
