I enjoyed the experience.

Liked: It was a historic experience staying at an inn that was built in 1877. I stayed in the Parlor room. It reminded me of the homes of my childhood. Coffee, tea and filtered water were available 24 hours and there were cookies available for guests when I arrived. The plants and garden around the property were lovely. The included breakfast was very good with fresh foods and organic offerings. The location was convenient and in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Since it is a historic building, utilities were not up to modern standards.Shower was of smaller dimensions, water was ice cold and took a while of letting the water run before hot water came up, and the electrical is sketchy. A fuse blew when I was using the hair dryer and couldn't finish drying my hair.

Liked: This is our second time staying in the barn and it was just as cozy and comfortable as before. We love the convenience of being in walking distance of town and the numerous shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Everything was terrific. Not one complaint.

All around great experience

Liked: Beautiful, comfortable, and unlike most hotels / bed & breakfasts which offer no breakfast or a blase continental breakfast, the breakfast at the Squibb House is as good as the rest of the experience.

Disliked: The heater in the room was a little tricky to use.
