Best location and stay

Liked: We liked the hotel so much as it was overall comfortable and clean, its toilets were clean and equipped, we loved the location, which was second to none, the staff are so friendly and would go out of their way to help, they even lend us a stroller for our 6 years old daughter. I would highly recommend this hotel over any other in Copenhagen.
Disliked: the cleanness as usually we bring our own fitted sheets and when trying to change them underneath the mattress was not clean at all, which by the way is the case in most of the hotels everywhere we travelled. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Liked: Great location. Close to every place we had in mind for the city. Just above a metro station, easy access from/to the airport.Silent and relaxing.
Disliked: Exactly the same breakfast every morning. Staff, esp the front desk do not look very welcoming. No check in refreshments, just the key and "floor 5".Our baggage was not carried on check in.We had added breakfast to our reservation, yet we had to do a reservation to the breakfast lounge every single morning.No hotel public area had a city view.

Disliked: - very small room, although I booked a double room (No. 316) - not a room but a corridor!- Construction site in the building (sometimes very noisy)- poorly soundproof windows- insufficient option to darken the windows- coffee machine at the breakfast buffetI am disappointed with room 316 - I booked a larger room (double room) for a higher price and was given a small corridor - that was not exactly pleasant and I am still a little disappointed.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, location is great near Metro, walkable to Tivoli.
Disliked: Nothing.
