Liked: Location is perfect for family , very close to attractions, restaurants, cafe's and shopping areas. Staff are very helpful and supporting. also , staff speaks different languages including Arabic. Room size convenient for two persons.
Disliked: Need to notice when booking at Booking.com the number of persons per room at confirmation stage , despite the rate is the same for double room...

Hotel was perfect location for...

Liked: It’s location and it’s rooftop bar.
Disliked: When I booked a deluxe double room, it looked really cosy on the pictures on the Internet. the room we were allocated was very plain and bland. I did doublecheck it was a deluxe room which I was advised it was. I think the room could benefit from bedside table lamps plus a few more pictures or something to make it feel a little more special. On both occasions when our room was serviced the tea coffee and milk pods were not replenished so I had to request some, I also feel the hotel could be more generous in the amount it gives its customers as we only had two normal teabags and two normal coffee pods and two milk pods for a days use.One other comment would be on the evenings we used the rooftop bar if you were somewhat on the tables furthest away the staff tended not to see you and we had to get up to get attention and place an order. Just a little more training required. But we did enjoy the use of the bar especially in the evenings overlooking the city.
