Disappointing

Liked: The bed appeared to be clean. Fresh clean towels.
Disliked: There was mold and mildew in the shower, stains all over the headboard. While the building was advertised as recently renovated, the door and furniture were well worn and not clean. The mini fridge was extremely loud so I unplugged it over night. On site staff were non existent. Other guest were in and out of the building between 2 and 3am, talking loudly and banging doors in the corridor outside our room. I tried to call for assistance from hotel staff but there was no answer and the messaging was not enabled. I ended up having to confront the other guests myself to get them to be quiet as they had woken up my wife and child who were pretty rattled. Not a good stay.

Liked: The lady was exceptionally helpful with helping me book my stay and very nice the place was probably one of the cleanest and nicest places in Nanaimo
