Liked: Very comfortable rooms and great bar/restaurant for breakfast.
Disliked: A little difficult to find after flying from the UK. No signage telling you where it is.

Overall a very enjoyable experience....

Liked: Central location was lovely. Staff were helpful but a few didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they could’ve been about what the booking included.

Disliked: We asked for an early in room breakfast as we had an early start. 3pieces of toast arrived at 6.50. Poor effort as plenty of notice given.

Liked: The room was just amazing, very large with fire place and balcony, great view view and free mini bar including Nesspresso, big comfortable bad and also big and comfortable beds, everything was perfect, also valet parking available. The location was just 50 meters from restaurants, bars and lake promenade
Disliked: nada

Disliked: The lifts and stairs are dated but that’s the only thing I could say

Liked: The location, room size and cleanliness were very good and overall interactions staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The only negative would be the noise late at night from the Lane way on Saturday night.....but not sure that that can be helped. If possible, try to book a non-Laneway room.
