Liked: Great location, great welcome, wonderful room, cosy bar with great staff, brilliant butler service & great breakfast
Disliked: No restaurant and nowhere to sit outside.

Very enjoyable experience and we...

Liked: Well located for our purposes. Customer service was high from the moment we walked in. The welcome drink and butler service were nice features.
Disliked: No complaints. It was a very nice visit. The price is slightly expensive but that may be the market in Charleston.

Luxury hotel with great service...

Liked: The breakfast was served in the room . We were a bit skeptical as we prefer a buffet but after ordering continental breakfast we were pleased with the quality . The baked goods were fresh , the coffee was great so we had no complaints .

Such a great hotel with...

Liked: Very classy hotel – very comfortable beds,clean rooms, fantastic service with a butler bringing your breakfast every morning! We truly loved our stay, and the staff were the best!
Disliked: I think the breakfasts could’ve been a bit fresher, and the food could be hotter when served, but it was really special having the breakfast in the room. It would be nice if they varied the menu a bit as well.
