Liked: The location is perfect, as everything is easily reachable by foot. Breakfast buffet is well presented and all the food looks great. Bed is comfortable and the room is nicely presented. Just a great place to stay. Will definately book there again.

Liked: fabulous location, breakfast was top quality and it was very comfortable overall.
Disliked: maybe a ramp for suitcases to the foyer but part from that it was terrific.

Good value hotel with loads...

Liked: Excellent choice at breakfast and the staff were very efficient. Loved the 19th century buildings and the old fashioned lifts. Fabulous location for shopping, choice of restaurants and getting around. Easy access to airport on public transport.
Disliked: Location of bistro in basement. The bedroom had very little storage and more refreshments in the room would have been appreciated.
