The Spa At Norwich Inn, Norwich

The Spa at Norwich Inn is conveniently located and offered a variety of activities. I would readily stay at the SPA at Norwich Inn in the future.

We stayed at the Inn last Thursday. We were just looking for a room in the area to go to the casino. When we arrived and were greeted by the concierge we knew automatically that this was the place. It is beautiful. I could not participate in any of the fitness programs because I heve recently had surgery. We also were not ready (time-wise) for any of the spa offerings but we walked around the facility and the grounds and both agreed that it was a special place. Due to job obligations we are not sure if we could come together in the near future, but I personally, want to come for the spa and other services in the future. My son is getting married in October and I would love to come and stay with my future daughter-in-law and give her a little pampering. He is the love of my life, and he has finally found a princess. I would like to spend a little "girlie" time with her. Your place is perfect. Hope to be back soon........waiting.

Liked: Erika at the front desk is one of the tidiest people I have met. She is the front line of that hotel and it is a very poor representation. She has a fake tone of trying to be nice but on my two times at your hotel she has a VERY nasty way about her. She is RUDE. She is an eye roller. She makes it seem like a person is cheap and a problem to book thru a third party! She is no helpful! She makes it seem like everything is a favor and states things like “oh okay not supposed to get you cream for your coffee but will break rules for you!” Like seriously?! I wish it was just the first visit but this was 2 visits and her fake nice voice does not have me fooled. She is RUDE! Kudos to Jenna who has utter class!
Disliked: Erica and her major attitude, both times I visited!
