Perfect overnight stop off when...

Liked: We were looking for a quaint little town to stay overnight. Souris was magical. The "Stars Hollow" of Manitoba. The hotel room was a perfect set up for a family. Two beds separated by the bathroom. Gave us all a little privacy.
Disliked: We have food allergies and dietary choices (vegetarian, non-dairy, gluten-free) which made the hotel breakfast a hard pass. This was to be expected, so it did not diminish our enjoyment of the hotel. We always make sure to bring food with us.
