Great location and nice rooms

Liked: The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. We loved the atmosphere in the hotel and little quirks and features (also free coffee for breakfast). The location was also convenient. We would definitely come back.

A bit expensive for the...

Liked: The room was really tiny, no elevator, reception in the first floor. Nice industrial decoration.
Disliked: Tooms were extremelly tiny and no elevator, and rooms are in the second floor.

Disaster and want a refund

Good location and very reactive...

Liked: Good location, nice building, excellent communication with staff which was very helpful and reactive (I had to have a package delivered prior to my arrival). I loved Ortigia products in the bathroom.
Disliked: Tiny room (you can hardly move around the beds), dirty (dust under the beds, torn and dirty covers), and worse of all you need to tell reception if you want your room cleaned.. which you of course don't do because you forget and end up spending 3 nights in a tiny dirty and messy room.. for 1400$

Liked: Location perfect, walking distance to the entire city. My room was very small but really pretty.
Disliked: No elevator

Liked: Hotel is very close to subway transit. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in NYC, right?
