Liked: Location was excellent, basic accommodation no real amenities, however the beds were comfortable. Rooms were often way too hot which made it hard to sleep, as soon as we told the staff they tried to resolve the issue straight away. Overall we were happy, bur struggled to sleep due to the heat of the room and as it is central heating you can’t control it.

Liked: Very comfortable , eclectic decor, trendy vibe. Free coffee in the morning. Helpful happy staff. No lift so carrying your bag up flights of stairs, no help from front door. Noisy on first floor- it’s New York .

Liked: Very clean and quirky hotel.
Disliked: No lift so had to carry bags up quite a few stairs. nothing on offer other than room. No gym, no rooftop no cafe.

Great location, beautiful room, smells...

Liked: The rooms are clean and stylish, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely (heated floors!). It smells nice, kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect for our needs when we visit, centrally located and close to a subway stop. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. We love this place and will keep coming back!
Disliked: I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom, but I have the same complaint about every single hotel room I have stayed at in NYC. The spaces were clearly not designed by women with thought for appropriate lighting for makeup application and a surface to put your curling iron. But, thats no surprise.

Cozy, upbeat great energy place!

Liked: Beautiful property and nice spacious room with a comfortable bathroom and plenty of outlets to plug things in. The only thing I didn’t like it reminded me of my five story walk up that was my first apartment years ago in New York City.. don’t bring any heavy luggage there’s no elevator

Perfect hotel in a great...

Liked: It was the perfect location for us. Staff were lovely especially Adele. If you are a couple you need to get the bigger room as we did and it was great.
