Almost perfect experience

Liked: The location is really good and the studio room we stayed in was massive. The rooms were really clean. The hotel has cute messages everywhere, really good branding. We had nespresso machine in our room. The care products provided by the hotel were really comprehensive. The bed was a bit firm for our taste but still comfortable.They're also very mindful about sustainability. The hotel has this young-student-energy vibe. Would actually be great to stay here when we were students. The only problem that we had was the kitchen amenities that came with the studio room we stayed in. At first we didn't have any single kitchen product but the team was quite quick to prepare us a box with basic kitchen items like a pan, some plates, bowls and cutlery. However, then we realized there were no salt/pepper/oil to cook with or hand towels to clean after cooking. It made things a little bit chaotic. That's the only reason that it was 9/10, otherwise an excellent experience.

Liked: The sink and shower drain were blocked, causing water drainage issues—more frequent cleaning and maintenance would help. The lighting could be brighter, and adding a closet for storage would improve convenience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was fairly clean overall, and my experience was good.

Liked: Room style, cleanliness, comfy bed, friendly staff, location, good shower.
Disliked: Rooftop bar was closed on the day of our stay which was disappointing.
