overall a good experience

Liked: The location is very good, walking distance to Alexanderplatz and there is a metro bus stop in front. We walked everywhere or used the metro. The room is cleaned every day. There is also a coffee machine in the room. We made coffee every day, and we were very happy with it.
Disliked: Our room's AC was broken, so air is blown every day. Also, the room temperature cannot be managed and at night it was cold. Therefore, we asked for an extra blanket.

Social and vibey, perfect for...

Liked: The "social" aspect of the hotel. The staff were young and friendly, and the vibe of the place is exactly what we wanted as a young couple. We felt very safe and welcome. They were extremely accommodating when I was needing to store medicine in a fridge as there were no fridges in the room.
Disliked: The restaurant - which I know is not entirely related - one time forgot about our order and we had to wait a really long time for our food. This is really the only negative aspect of our stay which should tell you a lot! It would also be nice if fridges/minibars were present in the rooms.

Fun place to stay in...

Liked: Good location. Quirky fun design. We loved that we could hire bikes.
Disliked: On arrival we were told that the parking garage was FULL. The parking was a reason we booked the hotel. We were told to park at a nearby shopping centre, but the receptionist didn’t know if it was 24 hours. After expressing my frustration (the hotel description said that we could park for 22 euros a day and that a reservation in the garage wasn’t necessary), the receptionist went to get another receptionist who said we could park in the garage after all. When we finally got into the garage, it was fairly small, but there were spaces available and it was very convenient with access to the hotel. It was not a great start to our stay, but in the end everything was fine. Still confused as to why we were told we couldn’t park there!!
