Liked: It was a great place to stay, very tidy, staff was friendly, just felt that lightning should be a bit bright.

Bad

Liked: Asked for an invoice so that I can be refunded by company, and I never got it.

Liked: The contents in the room and in the shared spaces are good, and the staf is very friendly and polite. There are bikes to rent at the request, a bit expensive for the quality but usefull to reach the centre. We got one drink on the house for inconveniences with the heating, and we were allowed to leave the luggage at the reception after checkout to stay a bit longer in the city before our flight.
Disliked: The heating was not working throughout our stay. We complained at the reception because it was too cold during the night, but it was late for somebody to come check it up. We asked for a new room, but they were fully booked. We then asked for an electric heater or a fan, but they only had extra blankets. Someone checked it the next day but it wasn't fixed. Shower was cloged and the water wouldn't go for hours in the shower, so it was very dirty.
