Very poor

Liked: Friendly staff nice hotel good location
Disliked: No breakfast Christmas Day restaurant closed at 5.30 pm which I feel if you have guest this should not happen did not inform of this when I booked 3 months prior but sent me a email the week before extremely poor

Was ok, prob wouldn’t use...

Liked: Greeting at check in. (The lady at check in was really welcoming) Size of room.Convenience.
Disliked: The foyer/corridors smelled really bad.The food was not great (evening meal especially disappointing).

Disliked: Bathroom sink too small, impossible to put water in kettle, no shelf in bathroom for toiletries. No one made bed or changed towels for 2 days.

Liked: Really great location, nice and clean rooms. Ambience of the pub was great as well. Good and friendly staff. Stay was very comfortable and food was great.
