Absolutely lovely hotel & beautiful...

Disliked: Having stayed in hotels where a breakfast is unlimited. I didn't feel there was an option to have more than a cooked or fruit option. Not to appear greedy, but it's always a treat to have a hotel breakfast blowout. Our only difficulty was access around the hotel for my mum who has very limited walking abilities

Liked: Very ordinary no yoghurts or cereals or juice offered should have that as standard only hot drinks and hot food offered
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable and room a little dated carpet stains

Lovely staff , gorgeous bedroom...

Liked: Bedroom was excellent size . Spotlessly clean . Extremely comfortable bed . Gorgeous bath .
Disliked: Hotel is dog friendly , however it’s only the room that is dog friendly. Dog bed and bowls provided but dogs can only go into 1 room in the hotel . The library. If you don’t wish to leave the dog in your room you have to eat breakfast ,lunch , tea , dinner in this area. This is not ideal and wouldn’t say the hotel is particularly dog friendly .Food is supposed to be fine dining. Very little choice and certainly not fine dining . No electric vehicle charger which a luxury hotel should offer .

Disappointing

Liked: Great afternoon tea and breakfast served by friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom in a deluxe room very disappointing. Cobwebs on ceiling, broken tile on floor, shower didn’t get hot, only lukewarm. Could do with a re-furb in this area.
