Liked: Nice, modern hotel, good location, large room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Some small annoyances: only paper cups in the room, why not glass? Makes it hard for example to store a toothbrush. The (used) paper cup was not replaced either so from a hygienic perspective... And I get that tap water is a big thing in NL, but a bottle of water upon arrival would be nice as well. The mini bar was empty as well.2nd annoying thing was that reception called at 11h06 to ask where we were the day of departure. Ok, check-out is at 11h, you are right, but that is a bit childish, especially the morning after summer time started. When I said something about it, they replied 'it was the hotel policy...'

Liked: Great gym, great room

Liked: Great location and great design. Next to the Cubic House, metro and tram driving to centre and train station.Bed were comfortable and the location was really quite.
Disliked: The beds were never made. I understand not changing the sheets but I think a 4 star hotel should at least make the bed. On the last day they didn't even put back new glasses. The lighting in the room was practically non-existent, very dark. The windows can not be opened and it was very hot inside the room.
