Not worth my money.

Liked: Ordered room service from the restaurant, food was delicious and worth the price. Bathroom was decorated beautifully.
Disliked: Where to start. Getting to our room we walked into a very odd room. Had very weird layout and just felt very off, the furniture was shoved together in a corner and the window looked straight into a wall. No view whatsoever. I called to the front desk and asked for a different room as the elevator right outside the door would wake my daughter all night. The front desk staff was rude and short with me but stated they had a room to switch me to. We went to the new room which was better. We went to the pool immediately after because my daughter and mother (who has cancer and is undergoing chemo) really wanted to swim. Pool was cold and I kept stepping on rocks or debris on the bottom of the pool, the hot tub was colder than the pool and unusable. We went back to the room and planned on ordering room service and renting a movie(which I was advised when I called prior to arrival was available) just to discover that there was in fact no movie rentals or even a way to stream anything onto the tv. There were just a list of channels with no description of what was available to watch. We decided to call down to order food to discover the phone would not work to place an order. I went downstairs and advised the front desk about this and they sent someone to fix it. I then walked to the restaurant and placed our room service order. Turns out they were having phone issues on the restaurants side. The beds were very uncomfortable and throughout the night I could hear people walking through the halls and partying. We decided to leave when we woke up and not order breakfast through room service as we had planned because we were so disappointed. When we got on the elevator to leave there was dog vomit or something of the sort on the elevator floor. This stay did not live up to mine or my family’s standards. All we wanted was a weekend getaway to not focus on my mothers cancer and to have fun. This stay was not worth my money or time and caused more stress than relaxation.
