Liked: Very friendly staff...excellent location, super clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: For a 275$ rate room... you'd have expected slippers and robes in the bathroom. There was no mini bar. , no bottle water. We called room service to request to bring up some bottles of water to our room....but they never answered. We ordered room service (breakfast) through their app... But food was just not good... scrambled eggs and omelet were overcooked. (Dry). We requested late check out ( granted until 1pm) . However, it seems no one informed housekeeping services or maintenance... and even though we hang a "do not disturb " sign on the door... people knocked on our room... 7 times between 9 am and 12 pm. Unfortunately, my fiance was having a very bad migraine episode and needed some rest, but he couldn't rest as much as he would have wanted and needed.

Liked: I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel very much. The food at breakfast was fine but our waiter was great! He was very knowledgeable and his service was the best.
Disliked: Our room, #607, smelled like sewer gas when we arrived. I was able to pour water in the floor drain in the bathroom to eliminate the smell.

Facilities were nice jus disappointed...

Disliked: Dog barking on the same floor that woke us up. Charged me taxes after I had already booked and paid for room on booking .com and they were included in that. And was told parking was free and they charged 34.00 for parking. Which is higher than local parking garages
