A boutique style hotel with...

Liked: Excellent attentive staff. Very comfy rooms. Bathroom is large, lovely shower, outstanding toiletries. The bar is open limited hours, but is great! Leah was a wonderful bartender and she and the other staff were so accommodating. rooms had comfy robes and huge TV. Breakfast offered extensive options and long hours (6:30-10:30). Good quality, healthy products for breakfast, as well as biscuits and gravy! We had a very early flight when we left, and the staff prepared coffee for us at 5 am! The location is excellent! In the historic district, close to lots of restaurants and a great location for neighborhood walks or runs. Finally, the fitness room is very suitable for basic workout-- tower, bench, free weights, mats, treadmill, peleton, recumbent bike and elliptical. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The room is not huge and there's only one chair, but the bed is very comfortable.

Liked: Location and parking convenience. Breakfast and happy hour nice touch.
Disliked: Tv remote wasn’t in room and staff replaced…but no battery. Had to go fiend to front desk 2 times…but staff very helpful. Also toilet flusher got stuck, but service was fine very promptly. Just a little inconvenient.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is walking distance to downtown attractions. The facility was spotless and beautiful. The bar area is a great amenity and stayed open late. It was a fun gathering area. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was absolutely the best!!

Lost my trust in the...

Liked: Location worked well for us.
Disliked: Had to pull information out of check in desk. Not very customer friendly or conversant. Some earlier guest in our room had spilled food (a lot of it) between night stand and bed. Not sure how old that was. NO TUB! Wife only takes baths. Breakfast started with tepid coffee in both available urns. Breakfast offerings were very weak for a $200/night Hilton, well below other Hiltons we have stayed at.
