Location, location location !

Liked: Beautiful hotel, well worthy of more than three stars love the nod to the past history of the old Bank building ,
Disliked: Didn’t like leaving !!

Lovely hotel but compromise on...

Liked: Location is great and very central, hotel is lovely and welcoming The breakfast at this hotel was one of the tastiest I've had, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere
Disliked: There is noise from the road outside til the early hours and the fire alarm going off at 2am and us all having to jump out of bed and evacuate the building wasnt fun either

excellent stay

Liked: this hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and excellent value for money,
Disliked: there was a fire alarm at 2am, haha, but that can't be helped, however staff were prompt and made sure we were all outside and in a safe distance

Overall our stay was brilliant...

Liked: staff friendly, breakfast good. clean room.
Disliked: room got a lot of outside noise during night.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional customer service...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Exceptionally clean and comfortable bedrooms, outstanding food - we enjoyed two delicious breakfasts and a Sunday roast stay - superb value for money.
Disliked: Noise from a nearby club during the night unfortunately kept me awake but will remember to book a quiet room next time.

Disliked: No evening dinner asked about dinner two evenings in a row even told kitchen having problems should have told us on check in

Fabulous stay

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming. Professional throughout the stay, from Manager Martin, front of house and hospitality team. Room clean and cosy. Everything in there that you would need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast superb. One of the best breakfasts that i have eaten during a stay anywhere. Fantastic value for money. Really nice vibe and beautiful building. Restaurant looks stunning with Christmas decorations. Great value for money right in the centre of Liverpool.
Disliked: Couldn't reach the plug switch to turn the television on. However, this was very quickly rectified by Manager Martin who dealt with things professionally and couldn't do more to help. Issue resolved within minutes of mentionning.
