Great short weekend trip.

Liked: Beach was lovely. Small an intimate setting. Restaurant was great, as was its staff.
Disliked: Front desk could have been nicer.

Liked: Excellent location, very comfortable, beach and pool staff were amazing!
Disliked: Automatic 20% tip added to all bills.

This hotel is overrated.

Liked: I appreciated the location by the ocean, as it offered beautiful views and a refreshing atmosphere.
Disliked: I booked a room with an ocean view, but instead, I received a room on the side with only a partial view of the ocean. Additionally, the air conditioning louver was filthy with dust. The pillows were uncomfortable and of low quality.

Liked: The hotel was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned on our 2nd day there. We were at all day and when we went up to our room after 4PM it had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk to inquire why. They called room service and said it would be taken care of. We left for a little over an hour and it was never cleaned. We went back to the front desk to complain. They apologized but our room was never cleaned. I had to go get clean towels from the maids pantry myself. Also the room’s rug was dirty, every time I got into the shower the bottom of my feet were filthy from the rug. The weather was very windy and all the doors that led out slammed every time they were used. One gentlemen had to go to the hospital because the door almost took his finger off.
