Disappointed in room size, noises...

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Disliked: Room was too small. Did not have a view from our room. Heard squealing noises coming from bathroom every hour. Constant ac noises from outside. Large gap under door that we considered a privacy issue. Floors were not cleaned thoroughly. My husband stepped on the floor with his socks and when he laid down on the bed there were multiple black hairs left on the bed from his socks.

Liked: Loved everything, the ambiance, professionalism, and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff did a wonderful job helping me decorate the room for my wife’s birthday

A romantic and beautiful getaway...

Liked: I love the staff and the whole vibe from the hotel. The Christmas decorations are gorgeous and compliments the color scheme of the hotel perfectly.
Disliked: I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. I would say to maybe to let your guests know how much they are paying for valet a day? Other than that no complaints!

We came to visit friends...

Liked: Location is perfect! Staff is super nice & the entire hotel was really clean!
Disliked: Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s pricy, and definitely a splurge but it was worth it!
