My stay was very upsetting.

Disliked: I booked the room online for Friday, January 24. I was looking forward to a quiet evening after a stressful week. My friend and I went back to our room on the 3rd floor, room #320 around 9pm and at approximately 11 pm, the guys in the adjoining room, #319 were obviously very intoxicated, extremely loud and obnoxious. Why were we given an adjoining room??? I have no idea!!! The walls are paper thin and we could hear all of their conversations. Around 1am we called the front desk to launch a complaint, security came to ask them to keep it down, however, it didn’t work. Around 2am we put another complaint, security went back to their room for a second warning which still didn’t quiet them down. Front desk offered to move us to the 7th floor which we declined because we were already in bed and very tired. To say the least, we didn’t get much sleep and the next morning when we checked out, I explained our situation to the staff at the front desk and I was hoping for a refund on our room or some kind of compensation but we got nothing more than an apology. This to me is very frustrating and upsetting. I was told I’d be receiving a phone call from the manager but nothing yet. I’m still hoping for some sort of compensation for our distressing situation. If I don’t hear anything back within a day or two, I will definitely write a bad review on the website.Pamela Deveau

Liked: The suite set up is ideal. Clean. Great location.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Had a 1 bedroom suite, lots of room & verry clean.
Disliked: Had an adjoining door on my room (619), could clearly here the person in the other room talking. Maybe he was just a loud talker but was enough to here over the TV in my room.
