Disliked: The bed had a big ‘dish/hollow’ on the one side. Notified the front desk the next morning and the got it replaced. Talked to the manager later that day and she was so dismissive and did nothing to compensate us for the first night of no sleep! Her attitude about the situation was very disrespectful. Also the bathroom was dirty!

Overall pleasant and would stay...

Liked: Friendly courteous staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Love the blackout shade on the window.
Disliked: Adjoining room door way still let sound through. Luckily it wasn’t too loud to be obnoxious.

Wonderful, would stay there again.

Liked: Beautiful location on the water front.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable but the one side was a valley. Let them know upon checkout so I’m sure it will be rectified.
