Liked: Great location. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Very disappointed w service in restaurant although the did was good. Took ages for anyone to acknowledge us, called over manager who was blase ‘ no one’s seen you yet?’ Got 2 dishes but 3rd never arrived before we had to go to catch our show at the theatre. We did not have breakfast with you in the morning. My friend said service bad last time she stayed too. So yes to the rooms and no to the restaurant in future. Pity as the food was good

Liked: This was the second time this year that we visited Sidney and stayed at the Sidney Pier. The location can’t be beat, the staff were friendly and helpful and we love the hotel cafe. Our room had a wonderful view and was clean and well maintained. All around a lovely experience. Would highly recommend.

Liked: The location was great we walked everywhere. The views were awesome.
Disliked: An extra safety bar in the front of the shower would have been more reassuring.

It was okay but not...

Liked: It is close to where I met my friends and it is on the ocean.
Disliked: There was no proper restaurant on site - just a coffee shop. I wanted a full breakfast so had to go into town. The mattresses were depressed on one side - I felt they needed replacing
