Disliked: Not fridge in the room. They said that to get access to it I had to pay . Moreover , no one cleaned the room. The hotel should not be called as a 4 stars but 2/3. Thanks ,

Disliked: It was dark. There were no coffee machines in the room. It was very expensive for the price. Some staff at front desk were abrupt.

Great location but very dated

Liked: The location is great, right next to 5th avenue, and a short walk to central Park. The rooms were clean and we got fresh towels everyday. Staff are helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated and the room very small. The bedroom window didn't seal properly so we had a cold draught coming in (the weather outside was -10). the AC in the room either blew red hot or was freezing cold and the window blind was broken so it could be opened. As there was a restaurant in the lobby, our room must have been near the extractor vent as our room on the 4th floor smelled of grease and cooking every morning and. when we returned on an evening.

Disliked: rooms were dirty and bathroom had dried blood around it. The whole hotel felt like a trap house.
