Liked: Friendly staff, efficient check in, clean room and good size bathroom.

Recommended - great value and...

Liked: Spotlessly clean and in a good location to access the City. Breakfast was included and was very tasty with fresh croissants a boiled egg and yoghurt - quirky but nice . Also a good TV in the room with access to BBC player.
Disliked: Shower curtain was inadequate, the bathroom floor was like a swimming pool - shower itself was great though (hence the flooding). The room was small but functional.

Clean, nice location and soundproofed...

Liked: Great location - Shoreditch is a lively place. Room was clean and comfortable. The street was noisy outside being central London but with window closed I heard nothing!
Disliked: Breakfast was advertised as included but actually it was a light complementary breakfast and there was an additional full English I could pay for. For me the complementary breakfast was fine but I wished it was made clearer on booking.com because I probably would have liked a full breakfast. Luckily with it being Shoreditch, there are plenty of eateries nearby if the complementary doesn’t fill your belly.

Liked: Was very clean
Disliked: The room was tiny! When we arrived in our room we decided to have a look at the pictures to see if it was a bit of photo trickery but no our room wasn’t on it and was like a box room, quite disappointing if you don’t get what you’ve seen on the website.Loud banging of doors from 6am which woke us up constantly.The lift wasn’t working and we were on the top floor, apparently it’s been like that for a while.Also no first aid kit at reception when my partner had asked for a plaster.
