Liked: The woman at the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly! The room was amazing. So clean and modern.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: We love the location and the convenience of a beautiful beach and pool. The tiki bar staff is consistently excellent year after year.
Disliked: Feels as though the new owners put band aids on the issues that exist in the hotel building with no intention of actually fixing the issues. There are moisture issues, the TV didn't work, drains are clogged, and parking is limited. Not worth the price tag

Liked: Rooms where excellent
Disliked: Breakfast was a little lame.

Liked: Great staff and location
Disliked: Coffee maker did not reach plug in. Door to adjoining room could not be locked. Staff fixed

Liked: Location was splendid! What breakfast? I went back to my hometown and ate breakfast there. I wasnt given any clue or idea where the breakfast was until I checked out.
Disliked: I wouldve felt so much safer and better if someone wouldve been on the property after 4:20 PM owner of the place or work there. My TV did not work and I had no idea how to make it work.I was told that I shouldve called and I did and there was no answer.

Liked: Rooms were nice it was quite an close to the lake
Disliked: The room was not cleaned between night 2 night stay but wasnt a big deal extra towels were in the room

Disliked: No chairs to sit on in the room. Tiny bathroom sink and toilet/tub area. No microwave. Noisy Hallway. Grounds could be better maintained. It looked like the facility grounds was understaffed.

Liked: Expensive for no breakfast Horrible crude crowd A lot of swearing and people coming in all hours even after 2 am!!!!No rest :( would never stay here again Check in person was nice but coffee cups to big to make a coffee and like I said felt like calling 911 all night
Disliked: Too noisy Not enough of a staff force No traditional breakfast just dry pastries included :(
