Liked: The restaurant was lovely with a nice view of the marina. We had a continental breakfast which was good. The room was spacious and SO clean, nice kitchenette and bath. All in all a nice stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Relaxing, new, rooms very well thought out in design as far as storage and comfort.Grounds and patios were awesome.
Disliked: Our only complaint, because it literally kept us up all night, and I mean all night- finally slept 2 hours from 5:30-7:30, was the noise that came about every 10 minutes by our window. We stayed in suite 1 on the ground floor. It sounded like a machine starting up and would screech as it passed by our window and then would screech louder on the return. It literally kept us up the whole night. Bed was super comfy, but it was our 35th anniversary and sleep would have been good! We had fun, but absolutely exhausted today. Not sure if it was just something with just that room, but wondering if anyone else has mentioned?.. I was going to tape it at one point during the night, but I kept hoping I’d just fall off to sleep.

Liked: Nice furniture, nice outside gathering place, nice vibes with good music and some barbecue.
Disliked: The rooms are way too small. In the bedroom you cannot leave your suitcase open. All suitcases need to go in the living room. We had two rooms for three people, and after cleaning each morning, we had only two sets of towels. So every single morning we had to walk to the reception and ask for the third set. Very annoying. The location is on the hand very nice, because it faces the waterfront, and the other hand very weird, because it is surrounded by marine industry.

Liked: It was quiet. The room was so comfortable and the bed was very comfortable too. Love the people at the food truck were so nice and accommodating. But the spot was so quiet!
Disliked: The rooms were not sound proof. We could hear the conversation next door like they were in the room. And the people upstairs could be heard as they walked around.

Liked: everything! we had a 2 bedroom suite which was small but immaculate. located directly on the water. views were amazing. located close to Greenport and wineries. a memorable experience. We would definitely come back and stay there again
