Liked: My husband and I stayed in a first floor room with a beautiful view of the Ottauquechee River and the Billings Farm. It’s a short walk to the shops in downtown Woodstock. The staff were wonderful welcoming and friendly

Liked: It was clean, and the staff was polite
Disliked: I had to fill the coffee machine up with water twice myself, and I asked already the first day for hot chocolate for the children and they said we’ll get it and every day I asked for it and they said we have to go into the town and get more though there was a supermarket directly across the street There was one packet there at the first day and then the remainder of our day there was no more hot chocolate. It’s not a big deal, but if you offer it, you should have it all the time and I replenish the coffee myself many times because it was not Taken out from underneath the cabinet and put onto the trolley that holds theK cups

Liked: Nice greeting, good location.
Disliked: Hard to maneuver stairs with ice and roller bag, no breakfast, signage to common area could be better. Room was clean but the products used had a strong smell.
