Disliked: The room was freezing cold when we arrived considering the time of year they could have put the heating on in the room for our arrival it took ages to warm up. The bar shut at 10.30pm again considering it’s Christmas we thought that was odd.However the worst thing is check out and on a sunday is 10.30am! I dont think I have ever stayed at a hotel where the check out was so early. I asked for a later check out and was told no because there was an event in the bar. What that has to do with bedroom guests I am not sure. I am afraid we wouldnt come back

Excellent!

Liked: The rooms were immaculate and spacious. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a range of choice. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any query. All in all I cannot fault the service we received.
Disliked: Nothing!
