Liked: We loved the location. You can walk beach restaurants, cafe and Lincoln road. The room was well decorated.
Disliked: Water pressure of the shower is very weak. If you like to take a shower everyday, it takes a long time because of the water pressure. We couldnt catch the breakfast, it was finished at 10:00z

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, loved the retro decor, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Towels and beach chairs were provided, and we could leave our luggage in reception after checking out of the room - enabling us to explore the local area before boarding our cruise.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining area to eat the complimentary breakfast, rather than sitting on the recpetion area sofas or out on the front balcony in the heat. The food in the self-serve breakfast area seemed to almost run out by 9am.

Liked: Staff was friendly and the location is really good. It was clean and nice looking hotel. They let me keep my luggage at their place after the checkout until I had to go to the airport.
Disliked: I think there might be mold in the hotel. At least there was this strange odor that you notice the first day but you get used to it, but after the trip you could smell that again when unpacking. Breakfast is not super fancy. Only fresh thing that they offer is the fruits.

Disliked: The hotel has only one restroom in the lobby alongwith its dining area. We stayed there for a few days. Since the lobby has only one restroom, all hotel guests used that restroom during dining etc. On the evening before we checked out next morning, when I tried using that restroom as i was going out, the front desk staff and his assistant stopped me from using the same stating that it is only for staff. They were rude and racist & continued arguing for long justifying their stand. They also refused to connect me to their hotel manager & instead asked me to call 911 if I needed urgent assistance as teh manager will be available only the next morning. Avoid this hotel as they call their inhouse guest as "Public" and then flash a board they have placed in the lobby stating "Restroom not available to Public". According to their staff the definition of PUBLIC is everyone other than their hotel STAFF. Strange but this happened with us !
