Disliked: The breakfast room was a bit small

Liked: Good location and sufficient breakfast. Everything was clean. The hotel has an outside sitting area, where You can eat breakfast or just relax.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more varied.

Disliked: Check in was hectic and the access to the room was difficult with luggage.

Great hotel and fantastic location

Liked: Amazing location, staff are so friendly and helpful and our room was very quiet considering we were right on Collins Avenue - perfect stay in South Beach for a couple of nights.

comfortable enough for this leg...

Liked: clean bedrooms and bathroom, needs a refurb or touch up in places, but can tell the staff have cleaned the floors etc.
Disliked: incredibly strong and overpowering air freshener smell, lots of shops and hotels seems to use this same scent but it’s particularly strong in this one. found a cockroach in the bathroom, staff did come instantly to remove and sanitise.
