Very comfortable accommodation and great...

Liked: We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed more than one night. The room was large and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.. The breakfast was exceptionally good with cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea coffee, followed by a beautifully cooked full English breakfast. The waiter was courteous and helpful, as was the owner on reception desk. We will certainly stay again.

Superb

Liked: Very funky place with amazing in house facilties, including lounge and honesty bar. Plus super bicycle friendly...even a hose to.wash bike after a muddy run on the cuckoo trail

We had a comfortable stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good with a choice of hot food, cereal, fruit & yogurt.
Disliked: It was a bit cold for us coming from the Caribbean but the gentleman explained about the structure of the building.

Friendly place to stay, highly...

Liked: Really nicely decorated, there was no disturbance from other rooms, it was a lovely place to stay.
Disliked: Getting in and out of the car park was a bit hairy!

Great location, breakfast and place...

Liked: Great location near the shops and also next to the seafront. Free parking is such a bonus with how much paid parking there is in the area. Breakfast was great, with a hot cook to order selection as well. Today room, and very friendly staff
Disliked: Just beware that the car park behind the building has a very narrow archway to go through, so drive very carefully and slowly!

Liked: Very clean room, comfortable bed,helpful staff, perfect location, 3 minutes walk from seafront, 5 minutes from city centre.

Great place to stay near...

Liked: Nice family-owned hotel that is centrally located in the center of Eastbourne. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The owner is friendly and provided us with a lot of information of the area. The breakfast was very good and the common rooms of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The hotel has many parking spaces, but the entry to them is very tight. If your car is very tall or wide, you might need to park somewhere else.
Disliked: We visited in the off-season and ended up with another room than the rooms we booked. Something went wrong with the availability and the room we booked was closed for maintenance. The room we got was smaller and more cramped, but the owner also reduced the price. It was too late for us to find something else. The rest of the hotel made up for the mistake.
