Over all the experience was...

Liked: Good location and good mattress. Quick response from assistant that you use through text message.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to ask for towels. It’s like virtual assistant. If you ask for it they will do it but I think clean rags and towels should be automatic.

Liked: Location was amazing if you have an event in Shelbyville
Disliked: This property was outdated and dirty. Foul smell in out room from old carpet. Room was small. Overpriced.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Convenient location. Not a lot of hotel options for the area. Best option of those available. Non contact checkin and checkout. Communications done via text messages. Issues resolved without delay.
Disliked: TV didn't work in first room. I was given another room with no issues.
