Families BEWARE.. don’t stay at...

Liked: Only the location and cleanliness.. everything else awful.
Disliked: Awful staff at the hotel.. no common decency of speaking with the customers. We checked in with our 2 kids. Goes without saying that a family with small babies need to get the feeder washed and sterilized. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and getting the feeder bottle washed to be able to feed the kids is a very common and basic service a family needs. So when we had to get the bottle washed and cleaned, I was called the operator from the room and there was this pathetic and awful lady who told me if we need to also get the housekeeping done for the room? I said not right now, we’ll get that done in the evening and for now I just need the feeder bottles washed, to which she very rudely said, sir we can’t send the staff just to wash your bottles. I then asked well, do you guys have a sterilizer or area where I can come and get it washed/sterilized, to which she again very rudely said, “sir, this is a hotel” (as if this was the first hotel where I’m staying with family”).. the audacity of speaking to customers so rudely and taunting customers like this was quite shocking and awful. I would highly advise everyone and specially families to be careful while booking at this hotel. They may be at a good location but they are awful at every other level.

Liked: Staff was great. Space was excellent. Location excellent too. However, pictures at Booking.com do not match reality. I thought the hotel has been renovated, newer just like in the pictures shown. I found it needs a refresh in decor, painting and more ammenities. Towels are old and thin. Bedding linen are old and not soft. The hotel gives no kit in the bathroom. no cotton, qTips, nothing. I expected a basic/default vanity kit. I do not bring qtips anymore with me when I travel. A 4star hotel should provide those things to their clients. Had the hotel been given 3 stars, I would be happy. To rise to a 4star, I think they need a few improvements.
Disliked: bedding, towels, painting... hotel looked old and not well maintained. needs maintenance...
