Disliked: Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the PriceAside from the location, this hotel was a major disappointment. There was absolutely no value for the high price they charged. The condition of the room was unacceptable – as you can see in the photos I’ve attached, the sink was cracked, and the shower door was rotting. At night, there was a lot of noise from outside, and it felt like the windows had no sound insulation at all. In the morning, we even found water leaking through the window.Additionally, the staff utility closet was on our floor directly across from our room. Staff accessed it at 10 PM, making loud noises that woke up my babies.On the Booking website, it says parking costs $75/day, but the hotel charged $85/day, which is misleading. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I honestly don’t understand how it’s still operating, let alone charging 4-star hotel prices when the experience was worse than a guesthouse.Lastly, a tip: before handing your car over to the valet, take a picture of your dashboard. I gave them my car with three-quarters of a tank and got it back with only half a tank.I’m extremely disappointed with what we got for the amount we paid.

Liked: Its proximity to various locationsIt’s just minutes walk to ESB, grand central station etc
Disliked: Our room’s cupboard, side board are a bit worn out and outdated. They were also really dusty Our room had a smell to it that I did not like when we walked in on our first night

Exceptional

Great hotel, staff and location.

Liked: Room was always well-cleaned and had great amenities. Every staff member I engaged with was polite and genuinely wanted to enhance our stay.
Disliked: The $10 credit for the ‘cupboard’ was a down point as only got us two small bottles of water.
