Very welcoming and felt comfortable straight away. Lovely hotel, people who run it very friendly. Breakfast lovely, will be staying there again.

Liked: Location was central to everything that llandudno has to offer. Room was exceptionally clean and staff very polite and helpful
Disliked: Room and ensuite slightly on the small size though adequate for our needs

Perfect escape

Liked: Very comfortable beds, fantastic, friendly and helpful hosts. Location perfect for exploring the town, the orme and local attractions

Disliked: Lift seemed temperamental.Would have liked darkening curtains in bedroomWas not aware I would have to pay for parking upon arrival.
